Agreeing to what follows
Opening an order, starting the trial, or otherwise using iptvquebec.co puts these terms in effect for you. If a clause below is a dealbreaker, the right move is to not subscribe rather than proceed anyway.
What's actually on offer
IPTV Quebec bundles Canadiens and NHL game coverage, French-Canadian and Quebecois channels, and a full English-language and international catalog into one subscription, streamed through third-party player apps over an internet connection, at resolution up to 4K where the plan, the device, and the original broadcast permit it. Nothing on this list is affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by the NHL or the Club de hockey Canadien organization — the games are part of the channel lineup, not a sponsored partnership.
Once activation details arrive
An order or trial produces one emailed login. From that point, safeguarding it — and anything done under it — sits with the person who received it.
What the login is, and isn't, for
Personal, household viewing is the intended use. Specifically ruled out:
- Passing the login to anyone outside your own household
- Reselling, rebroadcasting, or otherwise redistributing access to the service
- Any use that runs against applicable law
- Poking at, disrupting, or reverse-engineering the systems behind the service
What gets charged, and when it stops
Whatever's posted on Pricing at the moment of ordering is the actual price paid. A term runs its length and then simply lapses — nothing rolls over into a new charge unless a recurring option was deliberately selected first.
Trying it for a day first
The $1, 24-hour window described on the Trial page exists as a one-time, low-stakes way to check the lineup before paying for anything longer.
What isn't promised
Perfect, unbroken, always-on delivery isn't something any provider streaming over the public internet can honestly guarantee, and this one doesn't either. Your own connection, your device, and general network weather on a given night all factor into what actually reaches the screen — beyond what's stated on Pricing and Trial, nothing here should be read as a stronger promise than that.
Losing access
Credential sharing outside a household, attempted resale, or similar violations of the acceptable-use section above can result in an account being suspended or closed.
Where liability stops
As far as the law allows, IPTV Quebec does not carry liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential harm connected to using, or failing to be able to use, the service.
Updates over time
These terms aren't static — the version dated at the top is the current one, and continuing to use the service after a revision means that newer version is what applies.
Which law applies
The jurisdiction where this service is operated sets the governing law for these terms, independent of conflict-of-law rules that might otherwise point elsewhere.
