A real person reads every message
A rejected login, a game that won't load, a charge on your card that looks wrong — describe it below in whichever language is easier, English or French, and it reaches someone who actually reads it before replying.
Two things worth including
Say which device you're on and paste the exact wording of whatever error showed up. Those two facts alone usually let support solve it in the first reply, rather than a round of clarifying questions before anything actually gets fixed.
What tends to land in this inbox
| Situation | What speeds up the reply |
|---|---|
| A login the app won't accept | The device name and the exact wording of the error on screen |
| Wondering whether a Canadiens broadcast or French channel is really on the list | Just ask directly, before spending on a trial to check it yourself |
| Wanting a different plan length mid-term | Note whether it's urgent or can wait for the renewal date |
| A charge that doesn't match the order | The amount charged and roughly when it appeared |
One queue, no shortcuts for a bigger plan
A twelve-month subscriber's message and a trial user's message land in the same queue and get answered in the order they arrived — plan size doesn't buy a faster reply, specificity does. Writing "urgent" in the subject line changes nothing; describing the actual symptom does.
Check the FAQ first
Billing questions, how the trial works, and Canadiens coverage details are all covered there in more depth than a quick reply usually allows.
