Refund Policy
Last updated: September 5, 2026
Note: This page describes IPTV Quebec's standard refund handling in plain terms — it isn't legal advice written for a specific jurisdiction, and refund timing can also depend on your card issuer or payment provider's own rules. Confirm those separately, and get independent legal review before treating this as a binding policy document.
The short version
A subscription here shouldn't be a leap of faith, so here's exactly where the line sits for the 24-Hour Trial and for each subscription length (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months).
The $1.00 trial
Its whole purpose is letting you check the Quebec and Canadiens lineup cheaply before spending on a longer term, and the fee reflects that — once the activation email has gone out, a trial charge is treated as final. The one exception: if something on our side kept the trial from ever actually working, tell support and it gets sorted.
The 1, 3, 6, and 12-month plans
If a subscription genuinely never got provisioned, or the login promised in the activation email never arrived, flagging that to support inside 7 days of the purchase gets it fixed or refunded — whichever actually resolves it.
A refund request built around general disappointment with picture quality gets looked at individually rather than auto-approved or auto-denied. Since a chunk of that quality comes down to your own connection and device, support will usually want to rule those out with you first before a refund conversation happens on that basis.
Situations this policy doesn't reach
- Deciding afterward you didn't want it, once a billing period has already been meaningfully used
- A device, home network, or third-party player app causing the problem rather than the subscription itself
- A login shared outside what the Terms of Use actually permits
Asking for one
Go through Contact, include the order details, and describe what actually went wrong. Every request gets looked at and answered.
How long it takes to land back in your account
Once approved, the refund goes back to whatever method originally paid for it — the exact number of business days depends on that payment provider, not on us.
If this policy is revised
Occasional updates happen as the service changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent one.
