Note: This is a plain-language summary of how IPTV Quebec handles personal information, not a document drafted by a lawyer for any specific jurisdiction. Get independent legal advice before treating it as a compliance guarantee.

What gets submitted through this site

A name, an email address, and a phone or WhatsApp number, along with whatever's typed into a message field — that's the full extent of what the contact form, the trial signup, and the order form ask for. Nothing beyond that is requested, and nothing is pulled from a third-party source behind the scenes.

Why it's collected

So a message gets a reply, an order or trial gets an activation email, and a support question gets answered by the right person. There isn't a secondary purpose behind any of it, and none of it is sold or rented to an outside party.

Getting a submission from your browser to our inbox

Resend, a transactional email service, carries contact form entries, trial requests, and order submissions from this site into the support inbox, and carries activation details back out to you once an order or trial clears.

Where a card number actually goes

A separate, dedicated payment processor handles the charge itself once a payment link is opened. Full card numbers pass through that processor and are never retained on infrastructure this business controls directly.

Analytics tooling

Traffic and usage may be measured with common analytics services such as Google Analytics or Search Console, which can involve cookies or similar browser-side technology. Most browsers expose settings that limit or clear these.

Retention

A support thread or order record stays on file for as long as it's practically useful for resolving that request and keeping an accurate history — it isn't kept indefinitely once that purpose has passed.

Who else sees it

Beyond the email and payment processors named above, nobody else receives personal information collected here. Neither exists outside the narrow job of moving a message or a charge from one point to another.

Requesting a copy or a deletion

Send a message through Contact naming what's being asked for — a summary of what's on file, or its removal — and it gets actioned unless a specific legal or billing reason requires keeping a record a while longer.

Keeping it protected

Every form on this site submits over HTTPS, and access to stored data is limited to what running support and fulfillment actually requires. No system connected to the open internet can be called completely unbreakable, and this one makes no such claim.

Regarding minors

This subscription is built for adult subscribers, and no attempt is made to knowingly gather information from anyone under the age typically considered a minor.

If this page changes

Edits happen occasionally as the service evolves. The date printed near the top marks whenever that last happened.
