How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within one hour. Scroll down to find the “Changed your mind?” section. If more than 60 minutes have passed, please email contact@iptvquebec.co, and we will help you find an alternative solution.
I accidentally cancelled my order; can I take it back?
If you cancelled your order on the site and still want to receive it, the best option is to place a new order at checkout. Email contact@iptvquebec.co if you have any questions; we are here to help.
I cancelled my order, but I’m not sure if it was finalized. Can you confirm that it was cancelled?
If you cancelled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you will receive another email once you successfully cancel the order. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, please let us know at contact@iptvquebec.co (including your original order number), and we will check.
I don’t see the auto-cancel option! How do I cancel my order?
If you placed an order containing a gift card, please send an email to contact@iptvquebec.co as soon as possible (including your order number and your cancellation/modification request), and we will assist you.
