Product Guarantees and Refunds:
Once you confirm the order and activate the account, we do NOT offer returns or refunds due to the IPTV account code, which we cannot resell.
The products come with a 12-month warranty during which IPTV QUEBEC will replace or reimburse any damage or malfunction caused by the product’s manufacturer.
If we cannot deliver for any reason, we will issue a full refund.
If you receive an incorrect product or the key code does not activate, we can provide a refund or replacement.
If you cannot activate the key code for any unknown reason, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we can issue a refund or replacement.
If you experience trouble with the product, please contact us with a description of your issue and include screenshots or photos taken with a digital camera to help us assess the situation. Our technicians will assist you with installing and activating your software. If our support team cannot resolve the issue, your order will be eligible for a refund.
